Enrollment Procedure For Admission

We are delighted that you are interested in the school and our Admissions team is ready to answer any questions you may have. We welcome students and parents from diverse communities to benefit from our holistic academic and co-curricular learning structure.

The applications received are processed based on the grade and programme of entry as detailed below. Since we grant admission on first fill basis, it is in the best interest of parents to submit the duly filled application at the earliest to enhance prospects.

Steps to be followed for admission are:

  1. Get the school prospectus and admission application from the school.
  2. Submit the completed form along with required documents to the school.
  3. Applicants appears for a test (if applicable) and interview with parents.
  4. If admission is granted, submit fee and related documents at specified dates.

Application:
Parents can download the application form from the website or collect the same from school reception from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekdays and from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturdays.
Parents are requested to fill out correct and honest information in the admission application form as this would help the school to create a suitable environment for your child, once admitted. Any wrong or concealed information discovered later may lead to cancellation of admission.
To complete the application process, Hand Deliver the following:

  • Application for Admission/Enquiry form
  • Non-refundable Prospectus and Registration Fee as prescribed
  • Copies of the past scholastic record of at least two years previous to this application (if applicable)
  • Transport Request Form (for students opting to use school transport)
  • Student Health Form
  • Consent Form
  • 5 Passport size photographs of the student with the name written behind each photograph
  • 3 Passport size photograph of each parent with the name written behind each photograph
  • Transfer certificate (from K.G. to Class 1)
  • Transfer certificate (duly attested by CBSE for class 2 onwards)
  • Copy of student’s birth certificate
  • Copy of proof of residence of parents/parent
  • Blood Group certificate
  • CBSE registration number (for classes X & XII students)

Interaction and Assessment:
The interaction is a pleasant exchange of ideas. It is conducted by the Head of Admissions and the Principal where we try to understand and gauge the child’s educational development, use of language, social skills, academic enthusiasm and extra-curricular interests. Interaction is to find out what the student knows, understands and enjoys.
Primary School candidates (Pre-Nursery to class-5) are met by the Primary School Head, Head of Admissions and the Principal. This is a verbal interaction and the child may also be asked to perform some simple activities. There is also a written test in English, Hindi, Mathematics and G.K. for classes K.G. onwards. Students who clear the written test are then called for interaction.
Admission seekers for Classes 6 to 9 & 11 have a verbal interaction and a written assessment in English, Hindi, Science and Mathematics.
Admission to the above classes during mid-year is subject to the availability of seats and the capability of the individual applicant as shown during the admission test and the interview.

Admission:
Upon grant of admission, the Admissions Office shall issue an Admission Acceptance Letter/List and Fee card. In order to confirm and reserve the space for your child/ward, please submit the duly signed duplicate copy of Admission Acceptance Letter and deposit Admission Fee and Refundable Security Deposit as detailed in the Fee card within 10 days of the date of Admission Acceptance Letter.

Student Allotments:
The admission shall facilitate allotments of the following for each student

  • House
  • Section
  • ID card
  • Parent card

Important instructions:

  • Before allowing the student to take up his/her place, a Transfer Certificate needs to be submitted to the Admissions Office, from the School last attended by the student.
  • The parent card will be issued to parents after all forms are duly filled and the admission formalities are completed.
  • Parents are to report to the reception on the dates specified in the joining instructions, along with the parent.
  • Students shall report to school in complete School Uniform, along with books and stationery as prescribed by the school and not otherwise.

Eligibility:

Parents must ensure that their child/children meet the age criteria. The eligible age for admission on the 1st of April for different grades and programs is as follows:

  • 3-4 yrs. NURSERY
  • 4-5 yrs. KG
  • 5-6 yrs. PREP

Registration to above classes starts in the month of October of the previous session.
Admission to all other classes is subject to the availability of seats and the capability of the individual applicant as shown during the admission test and the interview.

Documents required at the time of Registration:

  1. Attested copy of Date of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation for Grade Pre-Nursery to I.
  2. T.C duly signed by Area Education Officer along with Report Card of Previous Grade.
  3. Medical Fitness Certificate of Student.
  4. Address Proof & Identification Proof of Parents.
